Daigo Umehara - New generation leader

Today at Toyokeizai's 50 New Generation Leaders section, Pro Gamer Daigo Umehara has been added into one of the new leaders. Full article can be found at this link (Japanese).


Pro Gamer - Daigo Umehara
Born in Aomori, Japan. Daigo won Japanese national tournament and international Grand Championship held in San Francisco when he was 17-year-old. He became first Japan's Pro Gamer by signing sponsorship contract from Mad Catz Inc. In 2013, he was invited to share his experience and success in Spring Fighter event at New York University game center.
