STARTING OVER -Over the Limit- will be the last event of Ultra Summer Festa 2013 in ClubSEGA Shijuku West, dated on Aug 24, 2013. The Super Street Fighter IV: AE v2012 5on5 team tournament will start at 1:00 PM JST (GMT +9), live stream link probably will be at Kagecchi Nico Live (updated).

Shiro, Akimo, Togawa, D44, Hanamaruki in a same team. More notable players are Y, NISHIKIN, Nashikun.
This round, we will see Ganoon (Sakura) and Maan (Ibuki) from Kuwait FGC White Tower, forming team with Yubiken Kim1234, Super Santaroman, and Shin. Other top players that gonna show up are Kazunoko, Kyabetsu, ACQUA, -R-, Kyoko in a same team, Dashio with all Seth players team, Naruo, Shungoku Neurosis, Eita, Machabo, and more.
