Dashio (Seth) [2 - 3] Fuudo (Fei Long)
Dashio lead with 2 - 0 and even last round away from victory, however Fuudo managed to come back from a very close 3rd match and final match.

Momochi (Ken) [3 - 1] Mago (Fei Long)
Super safe play from Mago lets Momochi took 2 matches ahead. Mago takes 1 match by changing to rush down strategy, but lose against Momochi rush down counter plan in the last match.

Wao (Oni) [3 - 0] Haitani (Makoto)
The whole game is under Wao control, he read everything nicely like dodging Karakusa, and random uppercut correctly. Final round Haitani get hit by focus and lead to ultra.

Fuudo (Fei Long) [0 - 3] Kazunoko (Yun)
Fuudo gamble too much on this match such as trying frame trap with 2nd or 3rd hit of Rekka, and random uppercut. He lose most of his gambling.

Mago (Fei Long) [3 - 2] Bonchan (Sagat)
Mago come back from 0 - 2. Final match Bonchan given free jump in to Mago twice, both giving Mago huge chance.

Uryo (C. Viper) [1 - 3] Momochi (Ken)
Quite steady game for Momochi, he only dropped one match because of many random uppercut in the wrong way.

Daigo Umehara (Ryu) [2 - 3] Haitani (Makoto)
1st match was tricky, Daigo did a focus attack after a jump in roundhouse twice, and both of them worked. Both rounds finished with EX Hadoken FADC into ultra combo. 4th match a huge come back by Haitani when he has one last HP left against Daigo with almost full HP. Final round Haitani tried to escape the corner with Ultra 2 but Daigo just did a Tatsu so giving a free ultra hit to Haitani.

Sako (Ibuki) [1 - 3] Dashio (Seth)
1st round perfect for Dashio. Sako get caught by Tanden Engine a lot and couldn't escape from the mix up causes him lose to Dashio.

Bonchan (Sagat) [3 - 0] Momochi (Ken)
Very smart space control by Bonchan, he has avoided almost all sweeps from Momochi. Tricky sneak attacks from defensive game plan overall made Momochi face a lot of confusions.

Fuudo (Fei Long) [0 - 3] Wao (Oni)
Apparently Fuudo did not know much about what Oni can do on wake up, Wao did very well on mix up, frame traps and combo.

Daigo Umehara (Ryu) [3 - 2] Kazunoko (Yun)
Tons of yomi game and come back, many random or wake up uppercut from both player especially in the late game, most rounds are ended very close. In the game point for both player, Kazunoko's EX uppercut blocked by Daigo cause him lose the game.
