Which was the best Japan's event(s) in 2013?

Event's summary below:

Daigo Umehara Battle Tour 2013
Umehara X Taito Station charity event. Daigo takes on challengers in several cities Taito Station (arcade center), and he also filmed total five bonus videos featuring Bonchan and Oshino in various funny activities and selling it at Taito Channel for charity purpose (the bonus videos are free now). Some notable players also pop up in the arcade event such as Michael Tan, Sekiganryu, Dogura, KojiKOG, Bonchan (the event host), and more.

Mix Up Night series
A small event in Osaka with big names. Mix Up Nights will select different fighting games as their competition title in different season. Players like Sako, Haitani, Uryo, -6, KojiKOG, Dogura often show up at Mix Up Night especially when SSFIV:AE v2012 is up on the stage. Check out MUN #08, MUN #12, MUN #13.

Yubiken Championship series
Qualifying through online tournaments, the qualified players will go Yubiken studio and battling for the championship title in league format on the finals day. The player who finished on top will take on the defending champion. All seasons were streamed at Yubiken channel.

STARTING OVER series
Check out the official site for every events by Kagecchi. For SSFIV:AE mostly would be done in arcade, team tournament and single elimination. Many notable Japanese players did made appearance in STARTING OVER's events, Ganoon and Maan from Kuwait's White Tower also visited STARTING OVER as well.

Chokaigi 2
A grand event in Makuhari Messe convention center, Japan. On the FTG stage show has invited all SF star players like Daigo, Sako, Tokido, Mago, Haitani, Fuudo, Nuki, R for the dream team match. There's also Vampire Savior exhibition games and qualifier for Topanga Asia League the fight was between Bonchan and Uryo.

GodsGarden Gate
There's an Outer Gate which finished in online tournament, and Inner Gate finished in offline matches. The top 3 players in Outer Gate got the prizes, and top 8 players in the Outer Gate would compete once again in Inner Gate for bigger prize. But the Inner Gate competition was streamed with pay per view channel, and so far no score statistics for the Inner Gate have been revealed.

Topanga League series
This year Topanga League invited oversea players for the first time, the Topanga Asia League finished in a short period with lot of excited matches between Daigo, Sako, Fuudo, Bonchan, Xiao Hai, PoongKO, Xian, Gamerbee. Late of the year, Topanga League 3 season begins, players has show a lot of new tactics as well as the strength of rare characters like Oni and Ken.

Topanga Charity Cup 3
SSFIV:AE v2012 5 on 5 charity tournament, single elimination. This year, Justin Wong, PR Balrog, and Ricky Ortiz representing Team EG joined the tournament with Momochi and Choco Blanka. Many other Japanese players that didn't show up often in tournaments also came to this event such as Shiro, Neurosis, Nuki, MOV, Kindevu, Juso, and more.

Mad Catz Unveiled - TGS 2013
Before Tokyo Game Show public days, Mad Catz managed a series of matches between top players with the main event of FT10 Daigo vs. Infiltration (see all matches here). And then the exhibition matches between players of Team Mad Catz and other challengers. There's also a Capcom Cup qualifier in the final day.
