Tokaigi 2015 a.k.a. Game Party Japan will be held on Jan 31 - Feb 1, 2015. There will be an Ultra Street Fighter IV Topanga special exhibition match on Day 2 (Feb 1) featuring 16 top players in Japan, and they will play in 2 on 2 team format, teammate is random (probably draw on the spot).
