Sako wasn't popular in Street Fighter IV series until he made an appearance in GodsGarden 2. He enter the tournament with a less-picked character in during time - Cammy, and he managed to show how strong Cammy is.
After that, Sako switched to various characters before any other did, probably the became the first iconic player of Cammy, Ibuki, Evil Ryu, Elena, some of them were underrated until he really show off some powerful combos before anyone else does in the competition (call it Sako Special). What makes him try these rare characters that are not "strong" as people expect?

AE - Ibuki, Yang, Gen
AE v2012 - Evil Ryu, Ibuki, Gen
USFIV - Elena, Ibuki, Evil Ryu

- Strongest characters in USFIV v1.04 are Seth, Akuma, Decapre, and Poison.
- Capcom Pro Tour & Capcom Cup has increased greatly this year, but travelling abroad and winning events to get into the Capcom Cup is not something Sako is considering now.
- To become at fighting game, it's very important to find out how to turn your loss into a win next time. You can't just lose, but figure out what to do about your loss.
