Topanga League Round 1 - Update, result, and summary

Live updates and report of TOPANGA LEAGUE! Round 1 - Jan 20, 10:00 PM JST (GMT +9)

Daigo Umehara (Ryu) 0 - 3 Fuudo (Fei Long)
Fuudo is very steady, he did lure and dodge Daigo's Shoryuken and ultra him. Daigo missed some combos at several open chances and most of the time being locked at the corner.

Tokido (Akuma) 3 - 2 Kindevu (Cammy)
Tokido taunted Kindevu in the 4th match while he gets dizzy, but in the end Kindevu win that match. Tokido has a lot of different style in his Akuma vortex, he stunned Kindevu many times.

Kazunoko (Seth) 3 - 0 Mago (Fei Long)
Mago has the lead in most of the rounds, but eventually Kazunoko got the victory.

Bonchan (Sagat) 3 - 0 RF (Sagat)
Both of them use Ultra 2. Bonchan successfully deal his Ultra most of the time.

Momochi (Cody) 2 - 3 Kazunoko (Seth)
Kazunoko control most of the rounds. He switch to turtling style when Momochi break his strategy, eventually he hardly beat Momochi.

Tokido (Akuma) 2 - 3 Sako (Ibuki)
Sako's reaction is very good at the beginning. Tokido catch up from 0-2 to 2-2. When it came to the final match final round, Sako gains control of the round and wins over Tokido.

Mago (Fei Long) 1 - 3 Fuudo (Fei Long)
They both picked Ultra 1. And both play very patience, most rounds ended with timer less than 40 second. Mago did Shienkyaku and FADC Ultra (new combo?). The last 2 rounds were very close. Amazing match!

Sako (Ibuki) 3 - 0 Momochi (Cody)
Sako looks very strong in this match, Momochi being locked at the corner most of the times. Last match, Momochi tried to fight more aggressive but it didn't help. Sako did a big come back in the last round.

Tokido (Akuma) 2 - 3 Haitani (Makoto)
Haitani is strong, but Tokido frame trap skill is tricky. Haitani switched to be more aggressive, he managed to came back from 0-2. Tokido looks scary in the last round.

Uryo (Sakura) 1 - 3 Kindevu (Cammy)
Kindevu lost the first match, he then switched to more aggressive style and managed to win. Uryo missed block Kindevu's attacks and got dizzy several times.

Daigo Umehara (Ryu) 3 - 2 Haitani (Makoto)
Daigo's space control very well, Haitani almost unable to touch his Ryu in the 1st match. Haitani made some adjustment and to break Daigo's strategy. Down to the final match, both become aggressive, Haitani gamble his fate with ultra 2 but lost his match to Daigo.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but... The match between Tokido and Sako ends in a 3-2 for Sako.
