Both players begin defensively and patience. 1st round was very closed, 2nd round Momochi didn't perform well, Mago took straight rounds.

Momochi took straight rounds easily because many mistake from Mago, like close range and 3 hits Rekkaken even when on block.

Momochi didn't make much attack, Mago control the match most of the time.

Momochi has good performance but only at the beginning. Lot of throw moves.

1st round Momochi hit by Mago focus attack and then Ultra 1, big come back by Mago. 2nd round was closed, Momochi won with last HP left. 3rd round Momochi took it with many successful throws.

Many wrong read by Momochi. Mago took straight rounds

Both played very patience, down to last round Momochi suddenly switch aggressive style and beaten Mago easily.

Both players play slow and wait for mistake from the other. Last round Mago hit by LV3 focus, Momochi get the match with Ultra 2.

This round seen the change, both players stick to close fight. Overall Mago has better space judgement.

Momochi picked Overpass stage, Mago's favorite. It's tough for both at the start, but last round Mago's performance is lot better.

More on yomi game. Mago did focus attack twice in a row (first focus attack was blocked) and ultra.

Momochi got the 1st round, but 2nd and 3rd round has been locked at the corner, even he spend many mirror but still cannot escape. 3rd round Momochi's Ultra 2 didn't get full hit, or else he could have won the match.

This round Mago's move seem a bit rough with lot of miss block, Momochi got it straight rounds easily.

Most moves from Mago has been countered, many goods read by Momochi.

Momochi still looking great, although lost the 1st round, 2nd and 3rd rounds he great yomi defeated Mago.

Mago change to bit random style, it worked to well.

Both players done some mistake, but Momochi saved his mirrors instead of used them at the bad situation and he lost the match.

Mago has some bad moves, and being locked at the corner for few moment that given him disadvantage.

Momochi has a great start, but not sure why he get weird and bad after the 1st round, 3rd round he even cornering himself, and wasted lot of mirrors with FADC.

Mago has not much problem to win after the 1st round.
1 - 1
Mago took the 1st round easily. However, 2nd and 3rd rounds his space control was not compete with Daigo. 2nd round Mago has a big lead but still lost.
2 - 1
Daigo keep his defensive play style, but Mago play quite aggressive to break in everywhere, he hardly beat Daigo since Daigo made several random uppercut for no good reason.
2 - 2
Mago still going for aggressive moves, this round Daigo has caught his style.
3 - 2
Daigo missed many chances to punish. Mago used lot of focus attack.
4 - 2
Daigo drop a combo that probably can win the 1st round. 2nd round Daigo failed to use his mirrors at the right time. After this Daigo realize his button has wrong configuration.
4 - 3
Daigo won straight rounds, but the 2nd round was close, he has very liitle HP left.
4 - 4
A tough fight at the beginning, due Mago dropping combo and miss block over and over, he given the match to Daigo easily.
5 - 4
A rough start by Mago, but he slowly making adjustment finally got the match. 2nd round Mago did a big come back, and last round was very closed.

Most of the match control by Mago, but Daigo just break in from Mago's mistakes is enough to win the match.

Very closed match, both have great read one after another. In last round Mago lost his calm by doing risky move and without blocking.

Mago just gone for every ways that he can with minimum defense, but his plan has failed. Daigo got many open opportunity to break in.

Mago (Fei Long) 6 - 1 Daigo Umehara (Ryu)

A little luck for Daigo, because some random attack were just hit Mago at the right time.
1 - 1
Mago now slow down all his moves, he got more accurate hit now and successfully got back a match after a long losing streak.
2 - 1
Daigo switched his play style, he tried push back instead of always being locked at the corner, but it doesn't work for Mago.
3 - 1
Mago control the match most of the time, Daigo get hit by overhead attack many times. 2nd round big come back by almost lost the round after he got a big lead due wrong uppercut and miss block.
4 - 1
Daigo has more risky move to push out from corner, but he failed many times giving Mago open chances to setup his mix up.
5 - 1
Daigo still keeping the same tactic, however Mago is already able to handle it.
6 - 1
Now Daigo has slowed down his move. On yomi side, Mago is better, he gain control of the match, but it was tough win for Mago.

After the break both players seems gain back the momentum. Daigo lost but he did lot better than previous set of game.
2 - 0
Not sure why Daigo decide to keep his mirrors while Mago didn't hesitate on spending it.

Daigo win straight rounds with many nice read.
3 - 1
Both seems aggressive and risky, push each other down to last round. Mago win by overcome Daigo with his great reactions.
3 - 2
Mago has many miss block on Daigo mix up especially the 3rd round.
3 - 3
Mago initiate attack most of the time, but still has many miss block and even wrong space judgement at the important situation.
4 - 3
Daigo was locked at the corner early of the game, and most of the time. Mago took it steadily.
5 - 3
Mago has better improvement now, he counter many moves from Daigo and successfully lure and dodge Daigo's moves.
5 - 4
This round Daigo has done minimum mistakes, just some risky moves caused him lost some HP, overall performance was very good.
5 - 5
Daigo won straight rounds by switching his style between rush down and defensive. Mago guess wrong on Daigo's move more than ever.

Daigo did a lot of random Shoryuken, and most of them were miss, given Mago easy straight rounds. Mago did stun him both rounds.

A lot of yomi game, tough match for both, but Mago did some unworthy risks cause him lost.
2 - 1 (Mago got Advantage)
Daigo has reservation with his mirror again, which could have be used at various situations.
3 - 1
1st round Daigo could win while both of them left little HP, but Daigo move forward and get hit by Mago's EX Rekkaken. The last round was closed.
