Capcom Cup qualifier at Tokyo Game Show 2013 on Sep 22 (Sep 21 - 22 Public Day) at Makuhari Messe located in the Mihama-ku ward of Chiba city. There's also a Mad Catz Unveiled event before the Tokyo Game Show on Sep 20 that's featuring lot of top players exhibition matches.
